We present a comprehensive analytical report covering key trends and changes in the Russian conference space market for the first nine months of 2025. In this study, we analyzed the dynamics of the number of events, average conference space occupancy, and the growth of new companies on the MICE market.

To provide the most complete result, the report integrates data from multiple sources.
The sales data is based on the MICEsearch event monitoring system from PJCOM. The analysis is conducted for three cities: Moscow, Sochi, and St. Petersburg. The cross-selectional analyses of companies is represented for Russia as a whole.

The study is supplemented by analytics from Hotel Advisors, showing average room occupancy in different cities, and TravelDB forecasts for future room demand, allowing us to get to know not only the current situation but also the market's prospects.
